This summit is designed to empower volunteers with practical tools, fresh ideas, and valuable resources to enhance their leadership and strengthen local 4-H programs. Through engaging sessions and meaningful networking opportunities, participants will exchange successful strategies, build relationships with fellow mentors, and explore new ways to support and inspire youth.

Voices, Values and Vital Resources
Facilitated by: Melinda Pollen, Brown County PYD Educator and WI 4-H AmeriCorps Program Director, & Alicia Schroeder-Haag, 4-H Youth Development Educator
Over this session, you will learn practical tools and fresh ideas to take back to your 4-H club. From setting group norms and engaging youth voices, to understanding the 4-H policies and reflection and mindfulness, you will leave this session with ready-to-use resources to support you as a 4-H Volunteer.
