Free Pressure Canner Testing
Pressure canning is a safe way to preserve low-acid vegetables (e.g. green beans, corn, carrots), meats, and most mixtures of foods. It is recommended to test your pressure canning gauge yearly to ensure it’s accurate and in good condition for creating safely-preserved food.
