Pressure Testing
Pressure canning is the safest way to preserve low acid vegetables (such as green beans, corn and carrots), meats and most mixture of foods. It is standard practice to test your pressure canning gauge yearly, to ensure your pressure canner is working properly and in good condition to creating safely preserved food.
