Coaching Volunteers and Boards

To introduce the topic, Dawn VanderVoort, Melinda Pollen, and Jon Hill from UW-Madison Extension will describe how they train adults to tactfully provide advice and direction but leave the leadership and decision making to the youth in Extension’s 4-H program.
