The Brown County Association for Home and Community Education (BCHCE) is a nonprofit group that promotes lifelong learning by sharing educational resources from university faculty and other experts with members and the broader community across Wisconsin.

Rent Smart equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed for successful renting by emphasizing tenant-landlord rights, responsibilities, and the importance of building a positive rental history.

Extension’s Community Development Institute provides educational programming to assist leaders, communities, and organizations realize their fullest potential. We work with communities to build the vitality that enhances their quality of life and enriches the lives of their residents.
